Premier Auto Body quoted me a good price for collision repairs - then charged me less for the work when the damage proved less than expected. Solid and timely service that exceeded expectations, and at a great price. Highly recommended.

🔥 I Wish I Could Give ZERO Stars — Premier Auto Body in Carrick is a Complete Scam (Brownsville Rd) If I could leave zero stars, I would. Even if they offered free service, I wouldn’t let them anywhere near my car again. I brought in a brand new vehicle with front fender damage — and after over 3 months of delays, lies, and gaslighting, I got it back with cheap, off-brand parts and nothing properly fixed. They were paid through my insurance to use original parts, but slapped on garbage aftermarket junk instead. The hose for my windshield washer fluid STILL pops off to this day — I can’t even use it. If my windshield gets dirty, I have to pull over and wipe it down by hand like it’s 1950. That’s not just unacceptable — it’s dangerous. I took the car back to them, and instead of fixing anything, corrine I believe was her name tried to convince me it was all fine. The paint still didn’t match, the washer still didn’t work, and they clearly hoped I’d just stop complaining. They kept my car again for over a week and still handed it back looking wrong and malfunctioning with no changes! They were paid thousands by my insurance — and delivered work that looks and functions like a back

Don't trust these guy for anything. Took my car in for inspection. Have me an estimate of $1200 when I go pick it up the bill was $1.800. Then I take my other car in for Body Work said it would take 2 weeks, ended up over 6 weeks. Claimed there was rust but refused to let me see the car. My insurance company paid them for a small dent and painting the whole Quarter panel, when I Finally get it back they only paid part of it and charged an Extra $300 for the (so called rust) Don't trust them for anything.

I've been using Premier for a couple years now for my car (~200k miles) and they always take good care of it. Very upfront about cost - never try to rip you off and give you all of your options. Will point out any concerns as needed, but never pushy about anything. Nice, honest, knowledgeable folks who will take good care of you and your car
